DanceFit

Description

A medium-to-high aerobic exercise class that combines high energy music with dance steps to create a fun cardio session!

Functional Fitness

Description

A fun, engaging, yet challenging class with exercises designed to improve coordination, balance, mobility, and stability.

This class is geared toward seniors and the challenges that confront us all later in life but is practical for any age. We do not do any floor exercises and most movements can be modified for those who cannot stand for the entirety of the class.

Yoga With Terri

Description

A yoga class using small focused movements, meditation, breath, and safe alignment to create a deep mental focus.

It can help bring a deeper understanding of the philosophy of yoga as well as the anatomical benefits of muscle movements.
