Memberships:

All memberships grant unlimited tanning & 24/7 access to both gyms.

Monthly auto debit is drafted on a checking/savings account or debit/credit card.
One-month memberships may be paid in cash, check, debit, or credit card.
Members must reside at the same address for the 3, 4, and 5-person memberships.
Canton MTZ is 18+. No exceptions!
Farmington MTZ accepts members 15+.
Farmington MTZ accepts 14-year-old members as part of a partner or family membership. They must always be accompanied by a parent who is a member.
